Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga practice helps develop strength, endurance, flexibility, relaxation and breath awareness—all key elements of a healthy, positive pregnancy and birth experience. No previous experience is necessary for this gentle, nurturing class. Classes integrate a modified yoga practice with focused breathing, labor-friendly positions and relaxation to promote physical health and help mothers prepare for childbirth. Time is taken to discuss issues and concerns during pregnancy, delivery and baby's homecoming.
Begin anytime after 13 weeks, with your doctor's permission.
